The development of the hospital on a 4.52-hectare (11.3 acres) site would be an important landmark for IJN and a major achievement for SELGATE, a fully-owned subsidiary of the Selangor State Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) in efforts to offer a holistic and the best healthcare treatment in Selangor.

SELGATE's group chief executive officer, Noor Hisham Mohd Ghouth said IJN would cooperate with SELGATE through the transfer of technology and expertise in the aspects of operations, hospital management, health information system, human resource training and quality assurance.

"Our target in developing the hospital is to provide the best health services at a reasonable treatment cost to the middle and lower-income groups in Selangor.
